We believe that an assurance of quality is paramount in achieving our client’s desired results and helps them realize the full potential of their financial investment through an optimal life cycle. CCG creates job-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs to ensure our clients achieve the intended life cycle of their project.  

Our Assurance of Quality program is based on deliberate action and includes items such as accurate as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, commissioning, end user training, and post-completion warranty period. 

These items are customized to encompass the unique attributes, construction details and building techniques respective to each particular project and provide our clients a roadmap to proper operation and maintenance. 


We are equally committed to client satisfaction and providing a safe work environment for our staff and subcontractor partners.  An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 1.0 is considered the industry average however our current EMR is 0.97.

At CCG, we endeavor to create a "work behavior" on all our projects where safety is at the forefront of every daily pre-planning and construction activity. 

In concurrence with our corporate safety policy and procedures, CCG develops and implements project-specific safety programs for each new project that is adopted by all supervisors and tradesperson assigned to that particular project.
